Flu / Pneumonia Shots
Friday, October 31 - between 9 a.m. & 1 p.m.
The shots are free for Medicare Part-B recipients and $25 for flu and $40 pneumonia
for all others.
"Silver Nutrition for
Life" classes
Wednesdays -- Nov. 5 - Dec. 10 (10 - 11 a.m.)
Arts & Crafts room of the CLC
We will be partnering with JSU in a series of classes called Silver Nutrition
for Life.
The class will discuss various topics on nutrition. Please make your best effort to
attend this as we hope a good attendance will help in our partnership of future programs
with JSU.
Slam Dunk & 3-Point Shooting
Contest
Friday, November 21
7:30 p.m. in the Christian Life Center
3-point contest will be on 10 foot goals
Slam dunk contest will be between 8 and 9 foot goals based on the player's
height.
Come join us as either a participant or a fan to enjoy this entertaining event.
Make sure to invite a friend.
All ages/genders welcomed.
Must be registered by Nov. 19.
$3 donation requested to support Upward Basketballl & Cheerleading.
Prizes will be awarded.
